1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in genuine cases such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item received
  • Incorrect size sent by our team

Refund Time Limit: You must request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product received is wrong
  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received a different product than ordered

Exchanges for size, color, or personal preference are not offered.

3. Exchange Time Limit

You must report any issue within:

  • 24 hours of receiving your order

4. Conditions for Refund or Exchange

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • All tags must be attached
  • Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof

5. Items Not Eligible

  • Used or washed items
  • Items with perfume, stains, or damage after delivery
  • Color differences due to mobile/laptop screens
  • Minor fabric/stitch variations

7. Shipping Costs

Return/exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
