Refund Time Limit: You must request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

Exchanges are accepted if:

- The item is damaged or defective
- You received a different product than ordered
Exchanges for size, color, or personal preference are not offered.
3. Exchange Time Limit
You must report any issue within:
- 24 hours of receiving your order

- Must be in original packaging
- All tags must be attached
- Clear photos/videos must be provided as proof
5. Items Not Eligible
- Used or washed items
- Items with perfume, stains, or damage after delivery
- Color differences due to mobile/laptop screens
- Minor fabric/stitch variations
